How Do I Use Your Stamps?
The stamps are mounted on cling cushion so all you have to do is trim it, slap it on an acrylic block and you are ready to go! To clean, just peel it of the acrylic block when you are done, rinse off the ink, dry, and store.
How Come You Don't Sell Other Stamping Supplies?
That is something that I hope to be able to do in the future but as of now, I find it easiest to just maintain my own products.
What is Your Angel Policy?
The Greeting Farm stamps and digital images are strictly for personal-use only. Please give The Greeting Farm image credit when possible. Mechanically/electronic reproduction of our images is prohibited at all times. This includes stamping an image and turning it into digital format. You may not sell or distribute stamped images at any time. This includes group swaps or community swapping of any kind. Please understand that we are NOT against letting your close friends or family "play" with our images when you have a get together at home or a crop.
You may not redistribute our digital images or use it to create your own digital kits to sell. You may not print or distribute/share/sell digital images. This also includes swaps of any kind. All artwork and stamps are our I original creations and copyrighted.
How Do I Download my Digital Products?
All your purchased digital stamps are stored in your account. On the left hand side of your account page, there is a link that say 'My Downloadable Products'. All your digis are stored there. Once you click on it, a list of your precious digis will show up. Click on the one that you want and it should start downloading. The digi will download using Quicktime. So to save it to your desktop, go to 'File > Save Page As...'. Now you're all set to go! However if you have Internet Explore it doesn't download. If that's the case, you can either try a new browser like Mozilla Firefox or I can email you the files. =) Let me know.

How Do I Become Part of Your Design Team?
If you want to join our Team, I'm thrilled! The Greeting Farm Design Team is divided into two segments (Farmers and Gardeners). Our Farmers are our full time team and our Gardeners are our part-time team. Gardeners are rotated every 3 months to give others a chance to grow their creations on our farm! There will be an announcement on the blog prior to the next rotation. If there is a spot open on the Farmers Team, I will select from a previous Gardener to fill it. Hope to see you at the next Gardener Call!
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days from purchase date. Item must be unused and unopened and in it's original condition. Refund for that item transaction will be processed minus shipping charges once we receive the returned item.
