What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

For the majority of the time I use Paypal Shopping Services. I also accept credit cards via Paypal and check/money order.

How Much is Shipping and Handling?

Shipping in the U.S. is:

2 items: $3
3 items or more: $5

Shipping to Canada is:

2 items: $4
3 items or more: $6

Shipping International is:

How Do I Use Your Stamps?

The stamps are mounted on cling cushion so all you have to do is trim it, slap it on an acrylic block and you are ready to go! To clean, just peel it of the acrylic block when you are done, rinse off the ink, dry, and store.

How Come You Don't Sell Other Stamping Supplies?

That is something that I hope to be able to do in the future but as of now, I find it easiest to just maintain my own products.

What is Your Angel Policy?

Please give image credit when possible and please to do not mechanically/electronically reproduce the images in any way. You may not sell stamped images of our stamps. All artwork and stamps are original creations and copyrighted. You may use the stamps to make and sell home-made cards and altered items. You may also submit your creations to crafty magazines as long as proper crediting is given.

How Do I Download my Digital Products?

All your purchased digital stamps are stored in your account. On the left hand side of your account page, there is a link that say 'My Downloadable Products'. All your digis are stored there. Once you click on it, a list of your precious digis will show up. Click on the one that you want and it should start downloading. The digi will download using Quicktime. So to save it to your desktop, go to 'File > Save Page As...'. Now you're all set to go! However if you have Internet Explore it doesn't download. If that's the case, you can either try a new browser like Mozilla Firefox or I can email you the files. =) Let me know.

If you get published, that's super awesome! We'd love to hear about it and as our gift to you we'll give you a month's free shipping! All you gotta do is send us the magazine that you were published in, or a clipping, or scan it and email it to us with the name of the Magazine and month it was published!

How Do I Become Part of Your Design Team?

If you want to join our Team, I'm thrilled! The Greeting Farm Design Team is divided into two segments (Farmers and Gardeners). Our Farmers are our full time team and our Gardeners are our part-time team. Gardeners are rotated every 3 months to give others a chance to grow their creations on our farm! There will be an announcement on the blog prior to the next rotation. If there is a spot open on the Farmers Team, I will select from a previous Gardener to fill it. Hope to see you at the next Gardener Call!

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days from purchase date. Item must be unused and unopened and in it's original condition. Refund for that item transaction will be processed minus shipping charges once we receive the returned item.
