Hello, crafty friends! Cynthia here to share a celebration card using one of my favorite retired images, Charlotte Chic with one of the sweet cutting dies available in the store. I colored her up with Copic Markers, hand cut the banner, and paper pieced her flowery outfit. She’s ready to celebrate her birthday!
