Shipping and Handling

All orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days via US Postal Service. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight.

Please make sure that you provide a correct and complete address when placing an order. Any packages returned to us due to address error can be reshipped for an additional shipping fee. All domestic U.S. orders ship with delivery confirmation to the address provided at the time the order was placed. Should you have a change of address or moved, please contact us promptly prior to the shipment of any pre-orders or Stamp Club orders. 

All international orders will be marked as commercial merchandise at the value of your paid order. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or duty of their country. Delivery times vary by country and may take up to 5-6 weeks depending on your country’s customs office. The Greeting Farm is not responsible for the package once it is shipped. Unfortunately, order tracking is not available for most international packages. However, if you would like to purchase insurance for your order, please contact us promptly after you place your order and we can send you an invoice for added insurance.
