Happy...Belated Easter!

So here is my very first card for Easter... 2019. Or belated Easter 2018, depending if you see the glass full or not, eheh! I used the super-duper sweet Eggstra Special clear set to create a very CAS scene. I started by stamping a few characters on a 4"x5 1/4" panel of my favourite colouring cardstock, then I coloured the whole thing and making sure I created a grass border at the bottom of each silhouette with just a few flicks. 

Once that was done, I stamped on a separate sheet of colouring cardstock a few elements that I could fussy cut and add with foam tabs for more dimension directly onto my coloured panel. I also stamped a banner with a sentiment, coloured the whole thing with alcohol markers, stacked it with more foam tabs, and all I needed to do was to create a  4 1/4"x5 1/2" teal cardbase to glue my panel on. I completed the card with a few dots here and there.

So, how do you like this concept, any followers? It's not belated... it's ahead of time for next year ;-)
