Hello everyone!  It's Anita here today to share a card featuring an underwater scene.

I combined stamps from the Happy To Sea You and Make A Splash stamp sets.  I created my card base by applying watercolors and distress inks to watercolor paper.  I stamped all the images on Neenah, colored them with copics, and diecut them using the coordinating dies.  I adhered all the images with foam tabs to create some dimension.
