There’s something extra heart-warming about making a card that tells a tiny story, and this week’s project does exactly that. Cynthia here sharing a card that combines the Knitting Anya and Book Lover stamp sets to create a charming little hobby room scene, complete with yarn, books, and plenty of cozy vibes.

In this card, Anya is tucked away in her favorite corner of the house, knitting peacefully in her hobby room. I imagined her surrounded by all the things that make crafting magical—her pile of books, her basket of yarn, and that satisfying work-in-progress she’s happily stitching away on. The entire room has that soft, warm feel that comes with Anya enjoying her favorite hobbies!

I colored all her features with Copic Markers, focusing on warm tones to match the cozy atmosphere. For the room itself, I chose a Christmas-themed patterned cardstock, which instantly added warmth and a hint of seasonal cheer. I added wooden floors along the bottom to ground the scene and added a simple baseboard for a more finished, room-like feel. These small details make the card feel like a true miniature world.

To complete the card, I used a word bubble die and stamped the sentiment “Knit Happens.” It ties the whole theme together and adds just the right amount of whimsy.
