Spring Wishes with Davina

Hello crafty friends! I’m so happy to be sharing this bright Spring inspired card using the recent Mini-Remix Spring stamps. These Gardening cuties are so pretty with their long flowing hair and little potting supplies. 

I used an older cloudy sky die cover that I had in my collection. I like that it had many smaller clouds all over. I tend to put lots of images onto my scenes, so I like to know that some of the background stuff will be visible. I inkblended that sky panel in shades of blue and layered it over a shimmery white background. I also added an inky grassy hillside to the bottom for my cuties to stand upon.

After stamping and coloring my images, I cut them out with my scan n cut then added some highlights to their hair. I had to add little pug from Mini-Remix Sunshine set (I am a pug lover so it had to be done) I added a shadow die cut sentient to the top and bright yellow sun to balance the scene. And of course no card is complete without some sparkly sequins.
