Tip Me Tuesday: Be Materialistic

Happy Tip Me Tuesday everyone! I hope your April is off to a great start as we glide into week two of this beautiful spring month. For today's TMT, I just  want to clarify the title. What I meant to say was to be "material"-istic, as in, use material to enhance your project!
For today's card, I stamped the cute little bed from Storybook Collection on to a piece of scrap material:

I lined up the bottom of the bedding right before the material started to fringe and now, it looks like it has a little decorative edge to the blanket. While I've stamped on patterned papers before, doing it on material brings a nice added texture to the image (and is just as easy to do!). 
To finish off the card, I separated the sentiment by masking off the words, stamped it on to a die cut, then added enamel dots for fun.  
I'm sure many talented crafters have done this before; I know I'll be using this technique for many more fun ideas!
