Tip Me Tuesday: Blue Hair Smile Anya

Happy TMT everyone, I hope your week is off to a great start! It's Joni here with our fun Tip Me Tuesday feature, where we share our favorite color combos for TGF images. I adored Smile Anya  from the moment I saw her. Look at that sweet flower pin and retro dress! 

I decided to make her a little playful with blue hair, here are the Copics I used to create it:

add in B97 to soften some lines,

then finish with B24 to blend:
