Tip Me Tuesday – Skin Series
Happy Tuesday to you all! Hello friends of the Farm, it’s Joni here with our bi-monthly feature called Tip Me Tuesday. TMT is a fun little post about our favorite color combos, using our choice of mediums. This month I asked some of my favorite crafters to share their skin combinations of TGF images. Every Tuesday we’ll have a special guest featured. we hope our Skin Series encourages you to try out different colors!
I am sharing my go-to combo using Halle Digi:
I usually start with the darkest first (E13) and then work my way towards the center of the face in the order listed. I feel that keeping a little more light areas around the eyes make them appear brighter, you also avoid any marker bleeding into the actual whites of the eyes of the characters. Finishing off with a very light color (R00) blends everything nicely without looking blotchy.
