Tip Me Tuesday with Cynthia

Happy day, everyone! It's a brand new, shiny month and time for our Tip Me Tuesday feature. Today we have a very special guest: Cynthia has always been such an amazing designer but I was in awe over her entire month of July Cheeky coloring on the TGF fan page.
