Tip Me Tuesday with layers
Happy day everyone, I can't believe that it's already February and 2021's first Tip Me Tuesday of the Year! For those of you new to the Farm, TMT is a fun feature where we share our favorite color combos, techniques, layouts, etc. Today I have a technique that creates depth easily, bringing your TGF image to life.
First off I used the java beauty, Coffee Cup Anya:
This is a rather simple project by the way, and makes use of an image or two that may not have stamped to your liking. Or am I the only one who does that? :) Here's a sample, I used the image on the right, but then started doing my project with the oops on the left:
I inked up Coffee Cup Anya three times, and colored the main image:
Next I chose the foreground parts of the stamp, which would be the cup sleeve, cup lid, and her hand and arms. Color each little piece and then fussy cut them out:
Now with your choice of adhesive (I prefer liquid glue for layering), adhere the extra layers to the image. Here's a side view of the depth:
And the final card:
Let us know if you tried this technique or anything similar! Join us on our Facebook Fan Page to share your work and meet the other members in our Farm community to browse ideas, ask questions, and enjoy all things TGF.
Have a beautiful Tuesday, friends. Happy crafting to you!

This is so cute. Is that a notepad underneath? Really adorable look with the plaid, the cute girlie with the lid on her head….adorable.
