You Are Absolutely AMAZING from Guest Designer Bri Firth!

Hi friends – Bri Firth here again! I am thrilled to be the guest designer for November 2022. My second project features the Miss Anya Amazing - Clear Set. This set is so timely as it could either represent Anya remotely working from home or online shopping for some holiday deals! Keep reading below for more details on how I created this encouragement card. 

For the background wallpaper I used scrap pattern paper from my stash. I layered it on top of an A2 sized piece of solid brown cardstock. To create the floor, I ink blended with Antique Linen Distress Oxide ink over a 2” x 4.25” piece of cardstock. To make the woodgrain texture on the floor, I swiped across the cardstock with Tea Dye, Brushed Corduroy, and Vintage Photo Distress inks. I used a small strip of brown cardstock to separate the flooring and wallpaper.

Next, I created the furniture by stamping the images on cardstock and colored them with Copic markers. The colors I used are listed below. The floral chair is unique as I stamped it onto floral pattern paper and fussy cut the outline. I stamped the image again onto white cardstock and colored light pillows with light blue markers and cut them out separately. Once the pillows were fussy cut, I glued them on top of the floral chair. I just love all the accessory pieces to make it look like a cozy living space.
