Impeckably Easy!

Hi Farmers! Today I have a pretty different share from me, and I hope you like it! I've used the NEW Impeckable stamp set, which is super duper cute with all it's fun flowers and chubby birdies.



First, I made this design into a small card - just 3.5" wide by 4.25" tall. My idea was to use this style of card to include with a small handmade gift, like a pair of earrings or trinket, something that fits right into the card without the card being cumbersome.


Second, the design itself - the magic! Have you ever noticed how artistically TGF arranges the characters and sentiments onto the stamp backer sheet?? So much so, for this design - that I literally put black ink onto the entire stamp set leaving the stamps on the backer sheet!

This is so easy to do, but when you flip the sheet over onto your cardstock, you have to be careful! You don't want the sheet of stamps to move around after you've laid it down on the card! I use something like a stamp block or even an ink pad to smooth it over the top of the sheet of stamps, making sure all of the ink soaks into the cardstock.


I hope this inspires you to give something totally different a whirl! You can use it as an excuse to get out your collection of stamp sets and see which sheets might make for a really interesting card design!
