Stamp Feature: Rain Or Shine

Happy Wednesday everyone, and welcome back to day 2 of April's Stamp Features. It's always such a fun time of the month to recap the new release, especially since the Designers did such an amazing job with the stamps' debut! Today we're spreading the unconditional love of friendship with the sweet set Rain Or Shine:
