Waving Hello

Hello friends!  It's Anita here to share a new card with you.

These sweet stamps are from the Make A Splash stamp set.  I used copics markers to create the water and the sandy area.  I stamped the images with Memento ink, colored them with copics, and diecut them with the coordinating dies.  I adhered the images with foam tape and added some water bubbles using Nuvo Crystal Glaze.
