Gingerbread Christmas with Guest Designer Andrea Shell!
Hi, friends! I'm back with my final project as a guest designer for The Greeting Farm. Today I'm featuring the oh-so-cute Gingerbread Christmas stamp set. Can you believe I got this set last year and never used it?! Although this set is no longer available in the shop, you can request it for a future Farmers Market (I'm sorry I didn't realize it had been retired when I started my project). I colored those cuties with Copics and cut them out with my ScanNCut. I added highlights with a white gel pen to send their cuteness over the top.
To create a fun scene for those gingerbread men, I used a patterned paper from Whimsy Stamps' Blurry Flurries paper as a background. I diecut it with Honey Bee Stamps' Globe & Ornament Shaker Card Honey Cuts. Using the same dies I created the base for the snow globe from teal cardstock. Before assembling the globe, I heat-embossed a sentiment from Gingerbread Christmas on the base and inked up the edges of the pieces for some dimension.
I trimmed some polka dot paper, adhered it to a white card, and popped up my snow globe with foam squares. I decorated the top of the globe with festive diecuts created with Hello Bluebird's Holly and Pine Dies and finished with a sprinkling of clear sequins.
Thank you for the stopping by and many thanks to The Greeting Farm for having me as a guest!
