Guest Designer Andrea Shell with Miss Anya Hello Winter Shaker Card
Hello! I'm delighted to be back with my second post as a guest for The Greeting Farm! This beautiful girl from Miss Anya Hello Winter looks like she could be blowing a kiss, so I thought she'd be perfect on a Valentine's Day card. After stamping her with Memento Tuxedo Black ink, I colored her with Copics and cut her out.
For my shaker frame, I die-cut pink cardstock with a rectangle die and a heart die. Using my frame as a placement guide, I stamped and heat-embossed a sentiment from Lettered onto Bristol paper. I blended the panel with a few colors of distress inks and stenciled on some tiny hearts. For more interest I flicked on water droplets and white paint and then dried the panel.
I adhered clear acetate and a layer of foam tape to the back of my frame, filled the window with a mixture of sequins, and covered it with my ink-blended panel. After attaching the shaker to a white card with ScorTape, I popped up the Anya image with foam tape and brushed on a little clear sparkle.
Thanks for joining me today!
